Welcome to KanaPlay. By accessing or using our application, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
When you create an account with us, you adhere to the following:
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password.
Our Service may allow you to access or interact with third-party services, including but not limited to Google Sign-In.
Google API Services User Data Policy
KanaPlay's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We only access the basic profile information (email address) necessary for authentication and do not share your Google user data with third party AI models.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KanaPlay and its licensors.
- Our content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Indonesia and foreign countries.
- Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of KanaPlay.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account via the settings page.
In no event shall KanaPlay, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service; and
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
